Refund policy

Please choose carefully, photographic prints are individually printed to order and we are unable to refund or exchange prints due to change of mind.


If a print is damaged during transit, please take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible via email: peter@peterizzardphotography.com.au, mobile: 0431 776 036
or refer to our Contact Page, attaching photos to your email/message.

Any items damaged in transit will be covered as part of the delivery insurance. The policy is valid for the time the print is in transit only.

Return shipping costs for damaged items will be the responsibility of Peter Izzard Fine Art Photography. Peter Izzard Fine Art Photography will refund shipping costs upon receipt of the returned faulty item. Return address:

Once we assess the damaged item, we will be in touch to resolve the matter as soon as possible, to your complete satisfaction.

Peter Izzard Fine Art Photography will not take responsibility for any damages after the print has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our store or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
