Shipping policy

Prints are packaged professionally to prevent damage during transit. Our shipping company has over two decades experience in freighting photographic prints. They have the knowledge and materials to ensure your print arrives safely and soundly. 

The packaging materials used are sourced sustainably and are easy for the recipient to reuse or recycle.

Your print is fully insured against loss and damage. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our store or due to any circumstances beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, please
contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation and ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. 

Delivery Times

Prints are individually printed to order.
Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.
